1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between RokHost LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the person or institution (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") utilizing the VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) services offered by the Service Provider.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the usage terms of the VDS services rented by the Customer from the Service Provider, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Definition of Service and Terms of Use
3.1. Definition of Service
The service offered under this agreement covers the Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) hosting service created using virtualization technology on the server infrastructure belonging to the Service Provider, with resources (CPU/processor, RAM/memory, Disk Space) assigned specifically to the Customer. The features of the VDS package selected by the Customer during the order constitute the basis of the service.
3.2. Management Responsibility
The Service Provider is responsible for the uninterrupted operation of the main servers and network infrastructure where the VDS service is hosted. The management, updating, security, software installation and configuration, data backup, and all legal responsibilities of the operating system within the delivered VDS belong entirely to the Customer. Unless otherwise specified, all services are considered "unmanaged".
3.3. Resource Usage
The Customer agrees to use the allocated resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O, Network) within the framework of fair use principles.
4. Payment and Cancellation
The Customer agrees to pay the fee determined according to the service package selected during the order. Services not paid by the due date may be suspended and data may be deleted.
